Puzzled

I am sitting before you as a very confused daughter of God. I have spiritually been placed in a blender. I wish God had not given me such a desire to seek knowledge about other beliefs. Religion has always fascinated me. It is human nature to question; yet I know we must set aside the natural man. I believe the Bible to be the Word of God, as long as it is translated correctly, but I sure wish all Bible-reading religions translated it the same.

Baptists certainly know their Bible. They are also very good at debating against LDS. Good Luck, be Strong! Pray hard! Brent

If you feel yourself slipping it is only result of your actions! You have not made the best decisions since you started College so i am not surprised! Just look at the people you've made friends with If your questioning, you never had a very strong testimony! I looked up to, but not since you started community college! i have no pity

Really? And what makes you say all those mean things? What recent actions and decisions have I made to deserve your cruel words. College? What do you know about how I am doing in college? The only friends I have are wonderful uplifting people. How do you dare judge me? If you meant to hurt me, well good job! I wish I understood why I have been so harshly accused...

if it was god who gave you the desire you wouldn't be confused! therefore, it was either not of god or you never had a testimony!

Look, Mr/Mrs anonymous that isn't brent...

It would seem that the reason you have remained anon is because you are uncomfortable with who you are. If you were strong enough in your own skin I'm sure you'd just come out with your identity, even if it is just a blogger alias...

If this is the case, and I'm quite positive that it is, I would suggest you turn your hand around so your finger is pointing at the one person you already know everything about. You.

Fix what you feel like you need to, don't what you don't, and be comfortable with that. Let others do the same.

Oh, and as a little P.S... God gave us the desire to have sex. Some people might be confused as to when to follow that desire and when to not. Does this mean the desire doesn't come from God? No. Does this mean they might not have been taught the correct way to handle the desire? Yes.

But not having a testimony isn't a bad thing. The Atonement provides us the opportunity to gain one by trial and error.
